The School administration has decided to come up with a school enhancement project last March 2009. They intend to do this to upgrade the physical make-up of the institution.

Mr. Mehmet Cetin, grade school director, supposed that aside from the institution’s advance facilities and equipments, the said plan also calls for favorable learning environment purpose for school’s delegates. The renovation started at the elementary building. They initially commence the expansion and improvement of the Audio Visual Room (AVR), the director and secretary’s office, as well as the restoration of air-conditioning rooms for students’ better learning cycle. "Another year finished."

That is a maxim of Tolerance School students whenever the school year is about to finish. However, everyone knows that it is just the start of a new and more glorious beginning.
To be exact, Tolerance School is preparing to shine more this coming school year.

Starting March this year, the school will prepare its students for several competitions such as the International Assessments and Competitions for Schools(English Category), which is an annual competition participated by 1.7 million students from the Asia-Pacific region.

The school also prepares its students for other international and local competitions next year; and also for university entrance exams next year. To this end, the school conducts advanced summer classes for its students in English, Science, Journalism, and in other subjects.

A tribute to our parents...Role plays...Speeches...Bands...Pictures...and Yum-Yum!!!

The Seniors and Juniors have conducted their program last February 27 and 28,respectively. The Juniors named their program as "Juniors' Night" and the Seniors named their program as "Farewell Night".

The students wore formal attires during their respective nights.

The students showcased their talents in singing,dancing,role playing,public speaking,performing(as a band),presenting videos,and much more.The programs lasted for 2-3 hours.

Everyone enjoyed during the program.The students have had a memorable experience,as well as a chance to present their talents,and have some memorabilia.The teachers,meanwhile,also enjoyed as they have seen their beloved students perform...but,the parents enjoyed the most,as they see their children...

26 projects;hundreds of students;lots of dignitaries;happy smiles.

These very words describe the event that happened today.

This very day of February 28,2009, the Filipino-Turkish Tolerance School conducted its annual SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY EXHIBIT at its Audio-Visual Room(AVR). More than 50 students,both from the high school and elementary department, presented their projects which encompass the fields of Biology,Chemistry,Physics,Computer,Robotics and Math.Hundreds of students from the city gathered at the AVR to witness a magnificent display of the wonders of Science and Math.

2 officials from the Department of Education,a city councilor,and several businessmen graced the said event.

Today, Toleranians received a smashing success as the Math Wizards from the Mathematics Olympiad group won top places in the MTAP Division Team Competition.

Last February 5,2009, Tolerance School participated in the 1st Interschool Information-Communication Technology (ICT) Quiz Bowl held at the AMA Computer College Inc. in San Jose Road, Baliwasan, Zamboanga City.
Twenty high schools,both of which are private and public,all very proficient in the field of ICT ,participated in the said event. Luckily,despite the heat of the tilt, FTTS turned out to be the 2nd runner-up in the said quiz bowl.

The Filipino-Turkish Tolerance School has produced a batch of excellent,smart,talented,and matured students--emotionally,morally,and spiritally.
Though sometimes rowdy and "pasaway", they are serious and decisive when seeking for reults in all fields--academic,extra-curricular,and sports.
